Based in Kawaguchiko, Yamanashi, RJ Sinclair provides location research, scouting and on-the-ground production support for international creative projects in the Mt Fuji region.She brings a creator's perspective to location research, assessing how composition and atmosphere will actually work for the brief, alongside practical knowledge of the Fuji region, Japanese culture and local logistics.With strong relationships throughout the local community, she can secure locations and access that may otherwise be difficult to obtain. Her middle name is “make-it-happen.”Special Horse Project CoordinationIn 2025, RJ coordinated a unique horse photography experience at Lake Kawaguchiko, including location liaison, permissions, transport logistics and on-site coordination. The project involved bringing a horse down from the Mt. Fuji 5th Station and creating a photo experience for visitors and influencers — delivered within one week.Location research & scouting

RJ Sinclair (Rebecca Sinclair)
Rebecca is an Australian artist and creator who has spent the last 14 years in Japan. She currently lives at the base of Mount Fuji, a place that has become both her home and a source of endless inspiration.After a life shaped by unusual experiences, including leaving a restrictive world and reinventing herself in a foreign land, she aims to alchemise the full spectrum of human feeling into art.She is driven by a belief that technology can inspire greater awareness — making us feel more human, not less. Much of her work can be described as "high-tech analogue".The possibilities for deepening our relationship with time, place, and ourselves are almost limitless — and therefore, so are the projects.This studio was created as a point of attraction for artists, collaborators, and patrons who share a vision for bringing meaningful cultural works to life."I have always known that it is artists who will change the world.
